Jordan Sklar graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1983 with a degree in English and received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1987. While in law school, he took part in the Big Apple Clinic, working with the New York City Law Department.
After graduating, Mr. Sklar continued his litigation career path, working as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for five years. He then left for the private sector and has been with Babchik & Young, LLP since 2004. As a partner there, he focuses on professional and employment defense on both the trial and appellate level.
He has argued before the New York State Appellate Division as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the United State District Courts in the Southern District and Eastern District and the Second Circuit.
